Public Bulletin | The board of directors does not meet between June - September although we are still available to answer inquiries and offer support to the camping community during this time. Please be patient while waiting for a response, each board member is also a residential summer camp director and summer requests may take a little longer than usual to process. |

Information | The Camping Association of Nova Scotia & PEI, or CANSPEI, is a not-for-profit organization supported by the provincial government of Nova Scotia and is dedicated to supporting and serving the residential camps of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. The mandate of the Camping Association of Nova Scotia & PEI is thus: Maintain a Membership program (including camps, agencies, families, and individuals). Maintain the Camp Accrediation Program to promote the highest level of standards for the safety and well-being of children, youth, and families involved in residential camping. Provide Professional Development and training opportunities to camp staffs across Nova Scotia and PEI. Function as an informational resource for camps, children, and parents. Promote residential camping in the provinces of Nova Scotia and PEI. COVID-19 Response and updates are available on our Facebook Page. Meetings | The CANSPEI Board of Directors meet once per month between October - April, and hold our AGM in early May. |
