Velo Cape Breton is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run organization. We serve all of Cape Breton Island by offering a wide variety of rides for people of all ages and abilities, including Road Cycling Instruction Sessions and Rides for novice cyclists. We also advocate for better cycling infrastructure by working with regional and provincial governments.

We believe that bicycle use, whether as a mode of transportation or a means of recreation promotes mental and physical health, protects the environment, and contributes to a better community.
